If the hotel provides Free Breakfast , it says in the Hotel description section & amenities section. If it doesn't say then it doesn't offer. Please refer to individual hotel policies or Inquire by calling Hotel Front Desk.

Yes mostly all hotels provide Free Wifi. Some hotels may have it in all rooms , some may have it only in lobby. 

Generally The check In time is 3PM and The check Out time is 11am. Most hotels usually doesn't allow any early check-ins or late checkouts. But it may vary from hotel to hotel. Please refer to individual hotel policies or Inquire by calling Hotel Front Desk.

No Problem, mostly all hotels will hold the room for you until midnight. But it may vary from hotel to hotel. Please refer to individual hotel policies or Inquire by calling Hotel Front Desk. 

If you have booked your reservation with a Non Refundable Discount Package then it is non refundable. If you have booked with the Best Available Rate Package then you can cancel anytime 48 hrs before arrival date. But it may vary from hotel to hotel. Please refer to individual hotel policies or Inquire by calling Hotel Front Desk. 

If you made reservation from a different website other than www.hotelmotelclub.com, Please contact them for any help. We will not be able to answer your questions. 

In case the hotel cannot find your reservation, it is probably that they might have misplaced the reservation detail fax or email that was sent to them. Please ask the front desk to get your information from Hotelmotelclub.com control panel that they have access to or they can call us 24/7 at Hotel Staff Customer Support number given to them and we will provide them with the details. If they are still unable to find it then please fill the form below and we will respond and get it fixed. There is no need to panic. We at Hotelmotelclub.com do not charge customers. Your payment information is provided directly to the hotel and they charge you directly. In case of emergency if the hotel doesn't have your reservation , it means you have not been charged yet. 

At the time when you making the reservation, your card will be charged 10% ( non-refundable ) of reservation, remaining balance plus tax will be due on arrival. 

All Cancelations and refund will follow individual policy of hotels. 10% paid at the time of the reservation is non-refundable but remaining balance plus tax will follow hotel policy.




Modify / Cancel an Existing Reservation 

We accept request for Modification / Cancellation only if you have booked your reservation through Hotelmotelclub.com 

Please note that you are submitting a Modification / Cancellation Request form. This is NOT a confirmation.

 

Once you submit the Modification / cancellation form, we will review your request and reply you by email within 24 hrs if your request has been completed or not. If you have made your reservation using "Non-Refundable" Rate Programs, then it cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued. These are hotel's cancellation policies. You can contact the hotel directly in this case for any questions as we at Hotelmotelclub.com do not charge customers, the hotel charges you directly and we are not authorized by the hotel to cancel any Non Refundable reservations. If you do not get a reply from us over the email within 24 hrs, you need to contact us again.

 

If you are contacting regarding a cancellation or modification of your reservation and your Check In date is in less than 24 hrs , you can also call the hotel directly and they will also be able to help you if the modification or cancellation is possible unless you have booked with a Non Cancellable or Non Refundable discounts. In case of an emergency the hotel staff has the ability to contact us 24/7 at our Hotel Help Desk.
